These standing ab exercises require no equipment [even a mat is optional] . They are extremely effective belly fat burning exercises which I did for post natal belly loss and I still do them. If you alternate these belly fat burning exercises with cardio like ( brisk walk, cycling, jogging etc) you will see amazing effects just in a month.
